Returns

1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can be returned within 5 days of delivery. Incase if the package is received in damaged condition , please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling us on +91 7305953719

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at juneteenthmarketing01@gmail.com, a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

3. Any customised order cannot be exchanged or returned

4. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up

5. Once your return has been authorised, we would issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount deducting the shipping charges against the purchase.  Please make sure the product is  unwashed or unused.
